Now 50$ threshold pinning down to 10$ with phone required

As many of you have seen in the Adsense Blog saying that the threshold of 50$ does not work anymore instead of 10$ but you would also need to get your exact phone number verified together with PIN. That means you must be a human being not a spammers/hackers!
